A. Price Agreement & Movement

• You must agree on a final price with the client in the Proxxi chat before leaving your home or current location.
• Once both parties confirm the price, it is permanently locked and cannot be changed for any reason.
• Arriving at a client's location and demanding a higher price is a serious violation and will result in immediate account suspension.
• If additional costs arise (e.g. parts or materials), these must be declared in the chat before purchasing and agreed by the client.

B. Payment & Escrow

• All payments are processed exclusively through Proxxi's escrow system. You must never collect cash or accept direct payment from a client outside the platform.
• Payment is released to you only after the client confirms the job is done well and admin approves the release.
• Proxxi retains a 15% commission on every completed job. Your payout is 85% of the agreed price.
• In the event of a verified dispute, Proxxi reserves the right to issue partial or full refunds to the client from the escrow funds.
• Payouts are processed within 24 hours of admin approval.

C. Chat & Communication

• All communication with clients must happen on the Proxxi platform. Negotiating, sharing contact details or conducting business on WhatsApp, phone calls or any other platform is strictly prohibited.
• All chats are monitored and recorded by Proxxi. Chat history is used as evidence in dispute resolution.
• Any attempt to take a client off-platform will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any pending payments.

D. Professional Conduct

• You must arrive within the agreed time window. Consistent late arrivals will result in account review.
• You are required to maintain a minimum rating of 4.0 out of 5. Falling below this triggers an automatic account review.
• You must treat every client with respect regardless of gender, religion, ethnicity or location.
• Any form of harassment, intimidation or threatening behaviour toward a client will result in immediate permanent suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.
• You must present yourself professionally — clean appearance, appropriate tools and equipment for the job.

E. Identity & Account Integrity

• The government ID and photographs you have submitted must be genuine and your own. Submitting false identity documents is a criminal offence.
• Your Proxxi account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials with any other person is prohibited.
• You may only operate one Proxxi account. Creating multiple accounts is grounds for permanent suspension of all accounts.
• Proxxi reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting additional documentation.

F. Disputes & Suspension

• In the event of a dispute, Proxxi's decision - based on chat history, photos and evidence - is final and binding.
• If a dispute is resolved in the client's favour, Proxxi may deduct the relevant amount from escrow and return it to the client. You are not entitled to payment for work that is disputed and found to be unsatisfactory.
• Proxxi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without prior warning depending on the severity of the violation.

G. Probation Period

• Your first 3 jobs on Proxxi are probationary. These jobs are monitored closely by admin.
• A rating below 4.0 on any probationary job will trigger an immediate account review and possible suspension.
• Full Verified status is granted after successfully completing 3 probationary jobs with a rating of 4.0 or above.

H. CAC Business Documents & Verification

• All Specialists operating on Proxxi are required to be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria. Registration is a mandatory condition of using the platform.
• The CAC Certificate and Memorandum and Articles of Association (MEMART) you have submitted must be genuine, current, and belong to your registered business. Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent CAC documents is a criminal offence under Nigerian law.
• Proxxi reserves the right to verify your CAC documents directly with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Nigeria at any time, without prior notice.
• Submission of false or fraudulent CAC documents will result in immediate permanent account termination, forfeiture of all pending payments, and may be reported to the relevant Nigerian authorities for criminal prosecution.
• Proxxi may request updated CAC documents at any time if your registration status or business information changes.
